What the silicon transistor did for electronics, FluxWorx believes Differential Flux Steering can do for heavy power: precise, solid-state control over magnetic force without brute-force saturation.

Traditional flux-control systems try to block magnetic flux. That approach can choke the core, drive heat, and waste energy. DFS takes a different path. It steers flux between parallel magnetic paths using a proprietary counter-magnetomotive force topology, creating variable control over large magnetic forces from a fractional input.

FEA/FEMM modelling and bench work indicate full flux displacement at a fraction of conventional control energy, with bench-tested operation around 20% input and an engineered path toward 10%.

Because DFS is designed to avoid core saturation, it targets negligible hysteresis loss and sharply reduced thermal penalties.

Cleaner field geometry

Controlled parallel flux paths are intended to minimise bulging, fringing, and stray flux, reducing the EMI challenges common in high-power systems.
